Thanks for your straightforward remarks.  I am curious to know what "other avenues" you have been exploring.  The only defense that I have for Adobe Connect is that in my observation, other software packages for webcasting have their share of glitches as well. 

I have seen some very successful companies (On 24 and Stream 57 to name a couple big ones) who have developed their own technology to deliver the webcasting solution.  We could hire them to handle everything from A-Z but we want to won the software, customize it and service clients with the product offering.   But I have yet to find anyone else who offers the software for licensing purchase such as Adobe.

If you have any information or suggestions that might rival Connect, I am all ears.
