ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Dropdown to list the country codes as Join Audio Conference is missing. ENVIRONMENT: Adobe Connect on-premise Adobe connect version 10.6.2 and above Adobe connect Telephony SOLUTION: Create a backup of telephony-capabilities.xml (Location – \Connect\10.6.0\TelephonyService\conf). Change the XML entry to?<capability id=”telephone-number-hint-format” value=”E164″/> Restart Adobe Connect Telephony service. Create a new meeting and check again.

Adobe Announces Adobe Connect 10.5
Adobe announced the next major version of Adobe Connect rolling out to customers this summer. Version 10.5 includes major improvements to document sharing in the HTML client with support for PowerPoint, PDF, video, audio, and more. The HTML client will also support hybrid custom pods.
