Re: Pls help solve an issue after upgrading to Connect pro 7 sp1

I just upgraded connect pro to v7 sp1 again. The issue happens again. I think there is a bug for upgrading.

Re: Pls help solve an issue after upgrading to Connect pro 7 sp1

The solution to this issue was to contact support and get a new license file.  Between the time that we had our original file (macromedia Breeze 5) they have made changes to the system that would cause a fresh install Adobe Connect 7.1 install not to work with that original license file.

Thanks Adobe Connect Support!
