Help with camera autozoomin
Hello,
I use Adobe Connect for an LMS. I've recently switched to a new laptop, a Surface Book 2. Anytime I go into the system and there are a number of people video chatting, the system zooms way in on my face. If I go to just the video feeds screen, the zoom will correct itself but I can't see the slides. I believe this is similar to the problem mentioned below:

Have you tried using a different browser as suggested in that forum thread? Are you using the App for Connect?

I've tried both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The app opens as a pop out.

Hm, well it sounds like it is not a browser issue since you are using the app. I'd reach out to Adobe Support and see if they have any suggestions. I do recall that MS Surface devices had compatibility issues with Connect in the past, but I'm not sure where that stands now.
