Migrate Adobe connect 9.1 meetings and user
Hi,
I'm trying to migrate an Adobe Connect 9.1 install from one server to another, both runnig Windows 2008 server, with a new IP address and name on the new one, but same license. I've managed to install Adobe connect in the new server, and copied all the data from the old, but the meetings and users don't appear, because of the database (I'm using SQL-Server 2008). After I import the database, Connect refuses to start. I've fully stopped Connect, both to make the backup and for the restore.
When I start Connect after the DB restore, I get the following message in the breeze.log file:
[04-06 15:20:52] cps-startup (c) Starting database...

Does somebody know what I need to correct to fix this problem?
Thank you,

Re: Migrate Adobe connect 9.1 meetings and user
Shot in the dark question, does the DB require an SSL connection? If so, does turning it off fix the problem?
Honestly, having Adobe review this issue and give their input may be the most effective path forward. You can reach on premise support at 866-335-2256

Re: Migrate Adobe connect 9.1 meetings and user
No, our SQL server does not have ssl enabled.
About the support, does Adobe have a number for Brazil?
Tks.

Re: Migrate Adobe connect 9.1 meetings and user
You should contact your reseller about a contact number in Brazil. If nothing else you can reach out to Adobe through their support portal and start a Chat session. They may be able to get you a number there.
