Training and email messages
I created a Captivate 4 program on medicare - published to Adobe Connect PRO - When I set up as a new training program and assign users - the email notification does not appear in our Microsoft outlook. We are using Microsoft outlook - have checked the junk mail and not there.

Re: Training and email messages
Are you saying that Captivate is sending (or should be) the E-Mail message? Or are you saying that Connect should be sending and isn't?
Cheers... Rick :)

Re: Training and email messages
Connect should be sending to Outlook - It looks like going through but not.

Re: Training and email messages
Sorry, I know Captivate is what you are uploading to Connect, but I might think this is something that is a Connect issue.
Today I was involved with a connect session where the course administrator thought teleconference information was being sent and it wasn't. Apparently it had something to do with the bit about needing an E-Mail address for users actually registered for the course. Maybe that's it?
Cheers... Rick :)
