Captivate4 and certificate

I have recorded audio on the slide with the certificate - when I preview the slide to test - the voice cuts off after a few seconds - then when I select print and next - the voice picks up again.   I think that it is the order timing - but not sure.

The order of the timing (presently) is:  Certificate, slide, voice - I think should be voice, certificate, slide - but I can not change the order of the timing.

I want the slide to proceed to the next slide after I have printed and selected the next button.

Hi there

When you look at the timeline for the slide, do you see a pause point indicated? (Usually these look like two vertical bars. Similar to this: || )

Perhaps the answer is to adjust the pause point of the slide so it's farther out in time and allows the audio to complete.
