Need help
Hi
I am seeing two mouse pointers in the CP file after capturing. Looks annoying. May day! :(

Re: Need help
Hi
The Captivate version is 5.5 but even happens with 4.
The demo is being captured on a remotely connected machine (RDC). The application is a software running on a virtual machine (VMware) hosted on that remote machine.
Anybody?

Re: Need help
Can you hide either mouse path in captivate?
I suspect that one mouse pointer is part of the image captured from the screen of the computer you remoted into. You may need to install Captivate on the vm.

Re: Need help
You are right. There is actually one mouse in the sense that the second mouse is part of the background image.
