Trouble loading recording. Stops at "Preparing the room"
I have multiple recordings I am sharing with a customer and of the 3, 1 of them wont load.
The Day 1 recording will show the loading bar/wait screen for "Preparing the Room" but the blue bar stops around 90% and never goes any further resulting in the recording never loading for view.
The other 2 days of recordings have no issue preparing and loading for view.
The result is the same amongst every customer and colleague that have tried to view the Day 1 recording. Day 2 and 3 load for everyone correctly (customer & colleagues).
What would be causing the Day 1 recording to become hung up like this while the other 2 work fine?

Could be a corruption of the recording or a content object that is unique to your Day 1 recordings.
