Re: Site Updates Live

The updates, tutorials and other added items are greatly appreciated by those of us who lack much of the tech knowhow.

Concerning the tutorials and user group meetings:  Have been surprised in these that the experts don't use many of the tools available.  For example, just saw one tutorial and for the first time the video pod was used so we could see the presenter. Very nice. Encourage the use of that.

IN some of the tutorials and especially the user group meetings, it would be really add value if the organizers would prepare layouts for each topic to be discussed, even if it were done on the fly and even if the layout content doesn't change. That allows those watching the recording to move quickly to parts that interest them.

Keep up the good work.

Some thoughts for future consideration:
1.  Create separate video pods so they can be sized and moved around to different places.  We can always put them like they are now, if wanted.  Would increase flexibility of use.  For example recently we  conducted a class online for a college class that was all in one room using a projector.  Cameras worked great--of the presenter and a wide angle of the classroom full of students. It would have been good if we could have placed the class video in a different position and perhaps size.
2.  Disconnect the microphone/talk  from the video pod, i.e. when the video pod is activated, the mic automatically turns on.  Unless others object, this seems unnecessary.  Not a big deal but would be helpful.
3.  In the polls, can you allow us to size the text like in chat and notes pods.  When watching using a projector, participants have difficult time seeing the text in the polls.
4. Create a "Creative Practices" section of this site for members, that might be monitored by you folks as to whether posting something would be useful.

**We can this video solution and is being used by Fortune 250 companies. Feel free to contact us**

2.  Disconnect the microphone/talk  from the video pod, i.e. when the video pod is activated, the mic automatically turns on.  Unless others object, this seems unnecessary.  Not a big deal but would be helpful.

**Agreed on this one**

3.  In the polls, can you allow us to size the text like in chat and notes pods.  When watching using a projector, participants have difficult time seeing the text in the polls.

**I would use Adobe Presenter and take things WAY further**.

4. Create a "Creative Practices" section of this site for members, that might be monitored by you folks as to whether posting something would be useful.

**Like this idea a lot. Our team would add a bunch of goodies**
