How to upgrade trial account and keep all presentations

I tried to upgrade my trial connect account to a paid account, but after doing the online process, the trial was not changed and a new account was created instead. I have a presentation in the trial account  with many polls already setup and I wanted to avoid the effort to recreate them.

Any ideas?

You can reach out to Adobe to see if they can convert your trial into a paid account, but I'm not sure that that is an option for the monthly accounts.
