Connect 6 Recording Difficulties w/ PowerPoint

I know that the issue of audio syncing in recordings has been discussed here before, but even after searching I have not found anything that matches exactly so thought I'd post again.

We are using Adobe Connect (we host it). I recorded a meeting I did that involved a PowerPoint presentation. In the recording, the audio starts right away. However, the first Slide Action does not happen until 4 minutes in. In reality, I advanced to the second slide about 15 seconds in.

So I guess it's not so much an audio issue as it is a slide action issue. Why wouldn't the first slide action start until 4 minutes in?

Any suggestions on if upgrading toe Connect 7 would be beneficial? I can't risk this happening again in a big presentation.
