Poll pods won't resize

Has anybody had a problem with Poll Pods not being able to resize below a specific point? I'm not talking about the very minimum size, but for some reason pods won't go below a certain size in a particular room, yet resize well below this limit in other rooms.

I've tried deleting the pod and the layout that I'm having trouble in, but to no avail.
