Customize Email Notification - Including Year in the Body
Good Morning
I've read a few of the previous posts, so I'm afraid the answer to this question will be that it is not possible, but I am hoping there is a way to include the year in the email that Adobe sends out when users are registered for a course.
We have a course they are allowed 1 year to complete but the notification, without the year, looks like they only have 1 day because the date is only displayed in the subject line. If users don't notice this it will be very confusing.

Re: Customize Email Notification - Including Year in the Body
Hi Maryanne,
The variable used in the email doesn't include the year (I'll submit a feature request to add it), but you can certainly add it when you are setting up the email. Add the year as text after the variable like so:
You are enrolled in the following course that you may be required to complete.
Name: {name}
Description: {description}
Starts on: {start-date}, 2016
Closes on: {end-date}, 2017
It's not a perfect solution since the year comes after the time - but it should help to clear up any confusion.
