Challenges - Log in to Adobe Connect server using HTTP header
Hi,
For a hosted Adobe Connect solution, I'm not able to use "Log in to Adobe Connect server using HTTP header authentication" as described at http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/8.0 … 5_SP1.html.
I'm suspecting that the hosted solution is taking some other parameter instead of x-user-id.
Do you know how to "Log in to Adobe Connect server using HTTP header authentication" for a hosted solution?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Alex

I believe you should be able to do this with a hosted account. But you will want to verify that your user ID is correct.
You may want to reach out to Adobe Support to verify that the Hosted environment isn't looking for a different parameter. They can be reached at 800-945-9120
