Single Sign-on
I have followed the instructions in the Installation and Configuration guide in regards to Single Sign-on, but am having no luck. I have successfully synced my LDAP directory, and made the changes to the custom.ini file and web.xml file, and still nothing...
Any tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
-Scott

Re: Single Sign-on
This is probably best served by Tech Support, as you'll need to provide some more information from the logs/etc...
Assuming you are using HTTP HEADER, confirm that the header is being populated correctly by whatever app/proxy is in front of it, check the logs, etc...

Re: Single Sign-on
I will be working with tech support this afternoon, but was hoping to get a head start.
I am using NTLM, not HTTP Header as my method for SSO.
Thank you,
Scott
