How to restore user meeting?

I recently renamed a user and then deleted there account. We are using LDAP for account creation and deletion. During the last sync, the user was removed from Connect. I need to restore the old meetings, content, and recordings to the new user. We use Tivoli to backup our data on the server. I know that it may not be easy to do, but I'm sure there has to be a way.
