User accounts not Synching Adobe Connect 8 (Newbie to AC8 Admin)
We use Adobe Connect 8 synching from LDAP . We have 3 users whose accounts are in the LDAP (including Synch group) but the ccounts are not appearing in Adobe.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Run the sync manually then check your log file. In your log file, search the user not appearing. Normally gives a very specific reason.
