MP3 Player
Since adobe last update the I am getting an error on the MP3 Player pod. XML error cannot load file.

I'm getting the same thing. I opened a session in which the MP3 player previously worked and there was no music. After maybe 20 seconds a small box appeared with that same error message.

Try editing the songs.xml file and add an 's' after the http in the URL path. This worked for me. If you are using the royalty free music that comes pre-loaded, then you can just re-download the MP3 player from the custom pods site here: http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps.html

Yes, a recent change to the server seemed to break the non-HTTPS links that I was using in the MP3 player. I've updated the extension on the apps page.
