9.3 Event email issues
The Adobe Connect event emails are now coming from admin@adobeconnect. Is there a setting I can change so the email comes from the host? We have trained our customers to reply the the event email.

Re: 9.3 Event email issues
In checking an account with 9.2 and one with 9.3, the difference I see is that the name displayed on the email is "Adobe Connect" instead of the custom name you wanted for your email. The emails in both accounts come from admin@adobeconnect.com, but the reply to email is whatever you defined in your email option.
I suspect that something in the update caused the display name to no longer call the field for your name, so that may be something that support can fix. Worth calling Support, 800-945-9120, and letting them know of the issue.

Re: 9.3 Event email issues
I'm having the same issue. It's important that our clients recognize the emails are coming from our company. They're not on the lookout for emails from Adobe Connect.

Re: 9.3 Event email issues
This issue doesn't appear to have been resolved. Still seeing emails going out from admin@adobeconnect.com instead of the alias selected in the email template settings.

Having same issue. Now users can no longer accept invitations to meetings sent by email.
