Outlook Plug-in -strange alignment

Every time I launch Outlook on the PC , the icon for the Outlook Plug-in drops to its own row. I'm pretty fussy about screen real estate. (This happened with the 2003 and 2007 versions.)

I don't understand why other plug-ins behave better (including WebEx, Evernote, etc.) and stay put when relaunching the application. Why can't the Outlook plug-in stay where I put it.

It's minor, of course - I'm a big Connect Pro fan. But this is one of those annoying little things that bugs me every day. The plug-in performs fine. It's just it's movement that's annoying.
