Meeting Add-In behaving strangely in Vista OS

Wondering if others have a similar problem.

I called tech support on Tuesday to ask for assistance. Just before the call, I had uninstalled the meeting add-in and re-installed to no avail. Every meeting I tried to open looked like this:

Tech support walked through completing uninstalling the add-in, checking the recycle bin, checking a macromedia folder on the hard drive to make sure it wasn't hiding, etc. Re-installed add-in, rebooted, and it worked. Only trouble is, yesterday, logging into a meeting, the problem had returned. So I did what the technician did with the thorough "re-install process" and it worked. Repeated the process twice today when it occurred.

Something is causing this issue to return. Are others seeing this? I'm on a 32 bit Vista OS which can be really finicky...

So this appears to be happening with meeting recordings too. I just tried to watch a recording and it won't load properly. Looks like the image above. What's going on?
