Setting an expiry date for an enrollee in a curriculum

Hi
I'm aware you can set a start and end date for a curriculum.

We have a curriculum that will be standard for new employee's in a certain role.  We want to set a timeframe for the curriculum to be completed for each enrollee.

This is Induction training.  So staff will start the curriculum at different times (based on when they join the company).  But they'll all have the same amount of time to complete the curriculum.

This is why I'm looking to put a start and end date on the enrollee for the curriculum.

The next question I have is about removing an enrollee from a curriculum.

If they've not completed the curriculum within the timeframe, I'm aware I can remove them from the curriculum.  Will this keep the history of courses in the curriculum they've passed/completed?

Is there another way we should be setting up our courses or curriculum that would achieve the result I'm looking for?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Setting an expiry date for an enrollee in a curriculum

There is not a method of assigning access dates on a user level for the courses/curriculum.

However, if you un-enroll someone, their data remains in the reporting for that training object, while their access to the training is declined.
