Metting Room...top toolbar problem.

Hi,

Been getting a bit of an annoying problem when in a meeting room.  For some reason the words in the top toolbar (the one with Meeting, Present, Layouts, Pods and Help) are getting cut short, so they are appearing as Meeti, Prese etc.

If I resize the window and then make it full size again it corrects itself, but I dont really want to have to tell all the attendees to do this.

I know its only a trivial issues...but it's an annoying one that will look pretty unprofessional to our attendees.

Does anyone know why it does this and how to stop it happening?
