Make Offline window disappears after Save As

Hi,
I am somewhat new to Adobe Connect Pro (Meeting) and am admin/host.  When accessing Meeting \ Recordings, I am able to click on Make Offline, get splash screen, and locate folder for Save As. 
However, the entire Adobe window simply vanishes once I select the save as location.
What is happening? 
Please help!
