Course Evaluations for a curriculum

What mechanism do most of you use to track student evaluations for curriculums?  For our live courses, we send out links to web pages that ask students to evaluate the content, instructor, and format, then generate reports based on those answers.  Is this possiblie with the Connect Pro Training module?

We use a separate service (vovici) but you could just as easily use Connect Pro. Just create a survey in Captivate or Presenter, upload it as a course, and track it. I'm not a big fan of the limited reporting capability of Connect, but it should work well enough for this so long as you're not talking about too many surveys.
