Reset button for quiz attempts

Can someone explain how the "reset" button works?  I have a participant who failed a quiz with two attempts.  I wanted to use "reset' to allow her two additional attempts, however, the feature does not allow me to see her new attempts when looking at reports by user and she can only access the quiz in review mode and information is not being tracked when she takes it in review mode.

Hi Joan,

This is a bug that has been fixed in SP3.  I think you're on a similar thread here:
