Does web service open to free trial users

Hi,

I am testing the system and want to use the free trial account to do some prototype using the web service, then decide when to buy it..

Does it open to free users? And how?

As i understand things from previously you may use a free trial account with the web services as the API's only authenticate against your login and password.  Of course when your free trial ends so will your access to it via the API.

When you first try to login to Connect you will use the URL of your test account, the login and password and as i recall the API will work with your test account.
