Proxy website

We have an Adobe Connect cluster that is on a private network.  We have a requirement to set up a proxy connection to Adobe's websites so we can download software.   Does Adobe have a list of download website URLs that we can configure on our proxy?  If there's a knwoledgebase article please include as well.
