Change Adobe link in logo and loading text

Hi,
I have tried to change the file language.xml inserting the code lines indicated on the help pages http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Presenter/7 … 4CB44.html
and http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Presenter/7 … 4CB44.html

using Notes and Wordpad.

But with no luck. I guess I am doing something wrong. Anyone that has an advice to give?

Kind regards,
Jonas

Re: Change Adobe link in logo and loading text

I also tried to follow the instructions in the help and the website.  However, after some trial and error, I found the solution.  Goto C:\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7\Themes - then, select the vconfig.xml (open using notepad).  Edit the <uireplace name="logo" value="logo.swf"/> line.  It is empty. so add logo.swf.  Create a small 47X27 pix logo.swf file.
Now, goto to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 7\Templates - and drop the logo.swf file.  This will be a global change, therfore, backup any files that you want to modify.  hope it helps.

Re: Change Adobe link in logo and loading text

You won't have to change vconfig file. Just putting logo.swf at that location would do the trick. (Ref: Presenter 7 Help)

Re: Change Adobe link in logo and loading text

If you put your own logo.swf, it still links to http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/
Is there a way to change that link to something else?

Re: Change Adobe link in logo and loading text

Hey guys,

Saw this thread and wanted to weigh in on this too.  Apologies in advance for the long post, but I feel it necessary to address a couple of items.

Although ccolon and catholicon are right, the fact is that if a learner accidentally clicked artwork in that area reserved for the logo, they
