Playback limit

Hello,
my meeting licence is as follows:

Meeting Hosts:   0 / 10
Meeting Peak Concurrent Users:   0 / Unlimited   (Soft Limit: 1000000000)
Concurrent Users Per Meeting:   0 / 100

I can use meetings normally, but when publishing meetings records for public playback it looks like there is some limit for simultaneous users.

Some users, which can normally participate in live meetings, can not watch playbacks because it holds in "loading screen" with a completed progress bar and a "connecting" text.
I made records as public.

Does anyone knows how to solve this issue?

This is similar to your other post when it gets stuck on the "Connecting..." screen.

Make sure SP3 is installed and that Host Mapping and External name are identical in your "Server Settings" tab.
