Textarea font size issue

I am writting a flash as a pod in Connect Pro.

It contains a textarea, and the html-content is enabled.

I try to control the font size by <font> tag, and the font size is changed as normal.

However, the font size is changed when the pod size is changed.

How can I fixed the font size in the textarea as I setted by <font> tag??
