Hi,

How many servers do I need for 300 concurrent users in 40 meeting room? How to generally place the servers and edge servers?

The attendees are around the world.

Hi Bob,

One server should be able to handle that load, i believe it could support up to 500-700 users, then you could add an Edge for a specific region to go through to increase your bandwidth even more.  Hope that helps!

One server should be able to handle 300 concurrent users.  It all comes down to bandwidth and the physical capabilities of the box itself.  You want to keep the physical server at 80% or less than the capacity of the processor and physical hardware.  Apply as many CPU's and ram memory as you can for best performance.
