Chat Q&A pod not showing up for attendees

Hi,
In the past two weeks during a live event attendees were not able to view the Chat Q&A pod.  Presenters and Hosts can see and use it but the attendees could not see it  for some reason.

we found out after the session ended and at that time we reopened it did a test and it showed up. 

Has anyone had this happen to them? IF so how did you fix the issue so it didn't happen again?

It sounds like you had the Chat (Q&A) pod in the presenter only area. This would show the behavior that you are explaining.

No it wasn't in the presenter only area, that is the weird thing.  We never moved any thing around all of the sudden we are having this problem (we use the same room over and over)
