meeting room screen size

Back a few weeks ago when we had a training session here, there were two guys who could not get full screen on adobe meeting room. We have tried everything can think of, but is still remains half. The strange part is, it only happens when they are participant.  When they log in as host or presenter they are good. Any ideas?

Did you turn on the option to "Enable full screen for participants" in the Share Pod? Is the button present, but nothing happens when they click?  Are they attending the meeting in a web browser or in the meeting add-in?

I think you are having a problem that I ran into. It may be that the users have a wide-screen laptop set at a resolution that is much different that the room resolution. Thus casuing a large portion of unused screen to be dispplayed.

Thanks for the reply. However, we have asked them to install the addin before they join the meeting and it worked out. 
When we were in the meeting, we did enabled the full screen for participants but it did not work.

Can you describe what did happen?  Did the Share pod content remain the same size? Grow to fill only the window?

It was the share pod size or content, it was that the participant cannot adjust the screen to full size. The entire meeting room only took half of the computer screen. But it works out now after they downloaded add-in.

Glad you got it figured out.  If they are attending the meeting in a browser window, the meeting can only grow as large as the browser window itself, so a way around this is to advise users to type F11 to take their browser full screen and you will be able to achieve the same thing without having them install the Add-In.
