Share Pod NOT loading content library

Over an hour on hold withTech Support so I'm turning to all here,

Share pods not consistently loading content in library. Shows sometimes on host screen and/or on seperate participant computer screen..... just usually gets stuck on 0% loading.

Hmmmmm.

Tried creating a template but can't see how that would do this. Had installed and then uninstalled a heavily graphic game but reinstalled Shockwave and Flash 10.

Hosted account, Vista 32, etc.

Any ideas welcome....as always!

Alan,
Just hazarding a guess and not a suggestion - I just posted in the Presenter Forum a problem that I am having, apparently with Flash 10. I am operating in Vista32 also and keep having to reinstall FP as an administrator. Wondering if FP 10 might be uninstalled and go back to FP 9? Again, just a guess, but perhaps it is worth a try... for both of us.
