Blocking the Groups for Training manager users

Hi,
Our requirement is to block the User groups for teh User who has teh training manager rights.

The user added in training manager group, once logged in, I dont want  the user should see all the users & groups created in Connect pro.

I want to block those for that user.

Any pointers please.
