Moving meetings
Hello everybody.
This is Connect Pro 7 + SP2.
Suppose I have a meeting called meeting1 created by user user1; I'd like to move meeting1 into the list of meetings available for (eg) user2.
By connecting as a CP7 administrator I've been able to MOVE meeting1 into "User meeting -> user2 -> meeting1" but as soon as user2 tries to access the meeting, the message that the meeting host has ended the meeting does appear.
I've checked meeting1's permissions for user2 who has MANAGE permissions.
What am I missing?

Make sure that User 2 has been added to the participant list as a Host. Other wise the system will add him as a participant, even if it is in his User Folder.
