Disable Full Screen Toggle for Everyone

We are trying to really simplify the number of things available in Connect Pro to participants and presenters. The more buttons on the screen, the more toys for them to experiment with. We know how to keep participants from having the full screen option. We use the breakouts a lot in our training programs and when we do this, the participants get promoted to presenters. This gives them the full screen option which has caused some issues as they experiment. Sure, we would like to believe that our participants are technically literate, but we have had experiences where the get "lost" once in full screen mode. I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find a way to totally disable the full screen function for everyone. Does anyone have an idea on how to do this?

I looked through some of the admin settings on my account and didn't see anything.  Would be something good to know though.
