Trial customisations still in place and locked in PPU account

Hi,

I signed up for a trial of Connect Pro a month and a half ago.  As part of the trial, I customised the user interface, making the login page all branded for a particular event.

At the end of the trial, I converted to a Pay-Per-Use account.  One of the many things Adobe don't tell you about PPU accounts is that you cannot customise the user interface of the account unless you are on a subscription model.

The weird thing is that I am now stuck with the customisations I put in place on my trial account!  The entire account now has out-of-date event branding on the login screen.

Any ideas how I can go about resolving this?

My best guess would be to contact Adobe support and see what they can do for you.  You will probably end up with the genreal Adobe branding, but it would probably be better than what you have now.
