problems connecting using Adobe meeting

I am trying to use Adobe connect in a school.  I can log in and select the room I want but when I click on the green open button it then goes to the next step where I click OK.  After this it starts loading with the green bar showing but this is where it stops.  Is this a firewall issue?  Could there be another problem?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like port 1935 is being blocked.
