Linux and Adobe Connect

Some of my Adobe Connect Meeting participants who use Linux have problems to get into the meeting room. The Adobe Connect support told me that there should be no problem with Linux if the latest Flash Player has been installed.

What is your experience?

Are they only having problems when Connect pro is using SSL?
