Automatically accept incoming attendees

Is there a way to automatically accept incoming attendees, those who have logged in with a username and password?  When I'm running a room with 50-100 people in it, clicking that little window for each entry really boggs things down...  Any suggestions?

1. Put the users that you want to pre-approve in the Participants list for the meeting room

2. Make the room public (the bottom radio button on the Edit Information page), then you don't have to approve anyone.
