SyncSWF and Username Changes By Admin

Hi,

I have a syncSWF application which lists users. That's all working fine. But here is the problem. When host changes a usernames name by "edit participant info" command on the connect's user pod my syncSWF application cannot get the changes on the username and it still lists the old one username.

I have gone though the documentation but could not find an event that is dispatched when a username is changed. Anyone having any ideas?

I would venture to say that the name change in the Attendee list pod is only superficial. The connect server still tracks the user name as the original name that was used, so I suspect that your tool is getting it's info from the server as well.

Hi,

I think that the username which shows up in the attendee list pod is refereced as session-name. At least it shows up that way in attendance reports from the webserveices API. Perhaps this is where the disconnect is happening?
