manage more than one presenter videos

I have a request to manage more than one video files.

Each videos after publish has lots of files and few folders.

I would like to know if i can keep common files in one folder and video files in one folder each so it reduces the number of files in server and easy to load new necessary files only.

If it is possible it would be great if someone let me know which files are common files and which files are related to the video.

The Presenter output goes into it's own folder structure. You can see the folder structure that it outputs but modification of how the Presenter file works and what videos are shown on which slide is easier done through the Presenter functions in PPT.

The only way you could effectively modify the videos of a published presentation is if you replaced them with videos of the same name in the correct folder within the Presenter output.
