Can you re-order the items in the summary window?

OK.  Have learned the hard way that there is a very specific order of operations for setting up curriculums, getting things to appear in the correct order, and setting prerequisites both for and within folders.  Now I want to know how I can adjust the way items appear in the summary window on the front page of a curriculum - see screenshot - the first time I loaded everything and it appeared correctly on both the left and right, then when I changed/republished my online enrollment course, even though I moved it back up to the appropriate place in the curriculum (1st), it doesn't show as the first item to be completed in the right hand window.  This is especially frustrating.  Why does the order show correctly in the left hand window pane but not the right? 

And an asthetics question - why is it that when I resize the left hand window pane to view more of a course title, does the content in the right hand window pane not adjust?  Looks crappy to have information running off the page.
