Camera & Voice Pod
Sorry to ask a basic question - but I am new!
Is it correct that you must have a Camera & Voice Pod on every layout if you want VOIP in your meetings?

Re: Camera & Voice Pod
Hi Colin,
If you are using Connect 6.3 or earlier, yes, you do.
If you are using Connect 7, the VoIP controls have been moved to the bottom of the meeting room and VoIP will not cut off if you switch to a layout without the camera pod.

Re: Camera & Voice Pod
Many thanks for your prompt help. I am using Connect 7 so that's good advice. Just need to amend the documentation I am doing for new Hosts!

Re: Camera & Voice Pod
One quick note, if you use the video pod, I have found that you need to have it on every layout in the presentation area, or you loose audio for anyone not a host/presenter and on recordings. I contacted Adobe, any they said this is known behavior when using the video pod. I don't like, but it is what it is until they change it.
Just a heads up.
