Presentations wont play in SumTotal 7.6 on mac with OS 10.5. ....

I recently launched a presentation made with Adobe connect and it wont play in SumTotal 7.6 on the Mac.  neither Safari nor Firefox (latest versions or any versions) will run it.  The player appears but stays blank.  Any ideas?

Do you mean made by Adobe Presenter? Is it a PDF or how else is it being made available? Sorry, also not sure what SumTotal is....but give us some more info and we can help.

If it is a PDF, you might try installing the latest version of Adobe Reader. This would install web plug-ins to deal with PDFs in the browser....but then again, this may not be how the files are being delivered. Also check that the Mac has the latest version of Flash installed.
