Some participants do not display in the Attendee List

Hi there, we just had an issue where two of the fourteen participants did not display in the attendee list in our Connect Pro meeting. There were two blank lines in the attendee list where I believe their names should have been. We use the Attendee List pod a lot to interact with our participants (Raise your hand, Agree/Disagree) so it's important to be able to see their status. These two participants could still participate in the chats and see everyone on the screen; they just didn't show up. Any ideas?

We've never seen this happen before. Thanks.

Something similar has happened to me as well. When I mouse over the blank area where the participant name should appear, the participant's name becomes visible and remains visible even when I mouse away.
