Unable to get the users/groups of an OU

Hi can anybody give me any suggestions regarding this. Initially we mapped it to a different OU and we were able to get the users. After that we mapped it to an OU dedicated for Adobe Connect but since then we seem to sync with the users in that OU. We dont get the users/groups of that OU.
